Do I need to sign a contract?

No. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans are pre-paid for the year. No multi-year contracts, no lock-in beyond what you've paid for.

How long does setup take?

The onboarding form takes about 5 minutes. Once you complete it and pay, your agent is built and live within a few minutes. Not days — minutes.

What if I need a vertical that isn't listed?

Email us at [email protected] and tell us what you run. We're actively building out new verticals and prioritize based on demand.

Can I use my existing business number?

Each Vib3 agent comes with a dedicated Canadian number. You can forward your existing number to it, or use the Vib3 number directly. We can walk you through it.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your card is charged at the end of day 14 for your chosen plan. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. No gotcha billing.

Is this PIPEDA compliant?
