The Builder
Vib3 came out of running Jagged Mountain Excavating on Vancouver Island. Fifteen years of earthworks, site prep, and land clearing — and fifteen years of missed calls because you can't answer your phone when you're running a machine.
The tools that existed were either too expensive, too American, too generic, or required a sales call to see the pricing. None of them were built for the way a trades business actually runs.
So I built Vib3. An AI receptionist that knows excavation the way an excavator does. Knows what a good lead sounds like, what a time-waster sounds like, and how to handle the 9pm callback request without making the caller feel like they hit a robot.
We started with excavation because that's what I know. The platform is built to grow across every service vertical — and every vertical gets the same depth, not a watered-down version of someone else's agent.
